It's like

There's this subtle continuous stream.
On top of it are sensations. sometimes heavy, sometimes easy.
On top of it is the voice, continuous commentary about these sensations sometimes, and
sometimes commentary about something else that takes the focus away from the sensations and also the stream.
On top of it is this numbness which is like sense of loss. Loss of touch with stream, sensations and the voice.

Just a thoughtt

We all talk a lot. :)
We are so much used to talking, that it is hard for us to imagine or just breathe another moment without talking. Talking whether externally or with in our  mind has become like an addiction.

Language, We all talk in a particular language. What if  there was no language?
How would our other senses like hearing, smelling, touching function? Do these senses depend on language?
Would the perception of those senses increase?
Would life be less stress free?
We wouldn't know unless we try to live that way without talking or perceiving things in terms of a language.

ME

The one that you call me, what is that me? what is it made of? what is it comprised of?
Body? Mind? Intellect?

At Intellectual level: Thoughts,Ideas, words/sentences/phrases ( well formed sometimes, sometimes not so well formed)?
At Mind level: Feelings, emotions?
At Body level: Sensations? ( Hard, fire, fluid, airy, empty cool, hot)?

The one we call me, is always in a race behind one of the above things.
A rat race to chase or hold on to atleast one thing at a time.
It takes a lot of energy to be a me, to be an I. Everything that me is, is thoughts and feelings.

Was there a time when you did not see any of these?
If you don't see or perceive any of these, will the so called me cease to exist?
No, It merges. It merges into the "one".
Because you are that already.
