Infact make it a habit to meditate as often as possible...... Why?
Because it
- Helps you in releasing the tension/resistance
- Improves the blood circulation in your body.
- Helps get rid of old thoughts or beliefs that are not serving any purpose.
- Improves concentration.And Concentration/Focus is one factor that is needed to achieve goals.
- Helps you not to waste your mental energy on futile things.
- Improves your problem solving ability.
