Tips

1. Never Compare yourself to others, There will always be some better than you.
2. Never judge yourself. Be compassionate towards yourself. That will help you not to judge yourself.
3. Never Dwell on the past. No one is thinking of  your mistakes. So don't dwell on the past.
4. Let go of old story. Never feel sorry for yourself.
5. Don't wait for life to improve. Make changes. If you keep doing what you are doing, you will get what you are getting.
6. Never shy away from change.
7. Take Calculated Risks.
8. Don't think failure as end of world. Take Failure as feedback and work on yourself.
9. Don't give away your power. That is don't give away your mental wellbeing to others.
10.Don't try to please everyone. It is ok if people get upset at you, handle their dislike.
11. Don't be afraid of rejection. Rejection doesn't mean that there is something wrong with you.
12. Don't demand perfection from yourself.
