Effort

It takes no special talent to yell/scream at someone,
It’s easy to lash out when you are angry or disappointed.
But to lead with dignity, composure, kindness, lovingness and self-awareness?
That takes effort.
That takes maturity.

Know where you are putting your effort. Don't waste your time in doing things,

that don't add any value,

that doesn't help in knowing about you, 

that doesn't help you overcome your weakness, 

that doesn't make you mature.
