Breathe

Breathing is a process that happens naturally.
But when we meet some hard stops, rough patches, disappointments, loss, bad memory, breaks, criticism, delays  and so on., and some times excitement too, we forget to breathe or our breath  becomes irregular.
So just breathe, don't forget to breathe no matter what the situation..
Breathe away the bad situation. :).
