The moment pain shows up, mind runs away from it.
Runs away towards something that is not so painful.
Why?
Because it is not used to being around pain.
Because it is not still aware that pain too like everything else comes and goes.
So How do we make get used to it or become aware of it.
By being/sitting/seeing pain when it comes.
Even if it is for half a second initially, just be with it.
Don't dump all the pain on it at once, let the mind get used to pain slowly
