Meditate Daily.
Infact make it a habit to meditate as often as possible...... Why?

- Helps you in releasing the tension/resistance
- Improves the blood circulation in your body.
- Helps get rid of old thoughts or beliefs that are not serving any purpose.
- Improves concentration.And Concentration/Focus is one factor that is needed to achieve goals.
- Helps you not to waste your mental energy on futile things.
- Improves your problem solving ability.

Think Positively

If a negative thought returns, replace it with a positive one.If you see your self finding it difficult  in replacing negative thoughts with positive, do not give up. Keep reminding yourself the benefits of good and happy thoughts in your mind. Persistence is the key.
