Mind and Pain.

The moment pain shows up, mind runs away from it.
Runs away towards something that is not so painful.
Why?
Because it is not used to being around pain.
Because it is not still aware that pain too like everything else comes and goes.
So How do we make get used to it or become aware of it.
By being/sitting/seeing pain when it comes.
Even if it is for half a second initially, just be with it.
Don't dump all the pain on it at once, let the mind get used to pain slowly

Breathing is a process that happens naturally.
But when we meet some hard stops, rough patches, disappointments, loss, bad memory, breaks, criticism, delays  and so on., and some times excitement too, we forget to breathe or our breath  becomes irregular.
So just breathe, don't forget to breathe no matter what the situation..
Breathe away the bad situation. :).

See the disturbance.

Because the disturbance is you, ease is you. All that is, is nothing but you.
Don't just say i want see one part, and not the other one.

Body and Mind

Body and Mind are independent and interdependent on each other.

Body has the capability to restrain/control mind and
Mind has the capability to restrain/control the body.
And each need to do that, if they don't, their roles gets interchanged.

When body has to control mind  and does not control mind,
then  in turn mind will control the body and does things it is not supposed to.,
and when mind has to control body and does not control body,
then in turn body controls mind and does things that it is not supposed to..
