A Positive person expects nothing but happiness, health, wealth, good relations and success.Be that person.
If a negative thought returns, replace it with a positive one.If you see your self finding it difficult in replacing negative thoughts with positive, do not give up. Keep reminding yourself the benefits of good and happy thoughts in your mind. Persistence is the key.
Eventually your mind will learn to think positively, and to ignore negative thoughts.

We are all going to have an abundance of feeling as long as we are alive, but we must learn that they are always changing. Feelings are not at all dependable. You can have feelings, but don't let them cast the final vote in your decision making.
